SIXT Portugal in Lisbon is seeking a Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) to manage accurate and timely payroll processing for the Benelux markets, collaborating with HR, Finance, and external providers.

You bring 3–5 years of payroll experience, a degree in Finance/Accounting/HR, and fluency in English; knowledge of ADP, Celergo or Workday is a plus. The role offers a hybrid setup and global exposure.

• 3–5 years hands-on payroll experience
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field
• Experience with Benelux payroll is a plus
• Strong data accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Excellent collaboration with HR, Finance and external providers

Mansioni

• Manage accurate and timely payroll processing for Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg)
• Ensure data accuracy and legal compliance across payroll systems
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and providers to resolve payroll issues
• Prepare payroll reports, audits and compliance documentation
• Serve as first point of contact for payroll questions
• Support payroll process improvements and system testing
