Sysmatch is seeking an Endpoint & Workplace Services Team Leader – Hybrid based in Lisbon. You will lead the EUC and UCC teams, manage workload, performance, on-call coverage, and career development.

You’ll act as the escalation point for complex issues, define endpoint architecture (Intune, Autopilot, SCCM), and drive security and DEX initiatives. Strong leadership and English skills are essential for collaboration with international teams.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in endpoint engineering, architecture, and support, including leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, SCCM, and endpoint management.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the final technical escalation point for endpoints and collaboration platforms.
• Define and govern endpoint architecture and lifecycle management.
• Drive endpoint security and compliance with Microsoft Defender andBitLocker.
• Lead Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and automation initiatives (PowerShell, Terraform).
• Oversee CMDB accuracy, reporting, and governance.
• Collaborate with internal and international teams to ensure SLA compliance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, mentoring within EUC.
