Sysmatch in Lisbon is seeking an Endpoint & Workplace Services Team Leader to guide EUC and UCC teams in a hybrid setting. You will own workload distribution, technical escalations, and governance of endpoint architectures across Microsoft tools and security features.

The role requires 7+ years in endpoint engineering with leadership experience, and fluency in English. The position offers a competitive package, a dynamic client environment, and growth opportunities within a multinational team.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in endpoint engineering, architecture, and support, including leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, SCCM, and 365 endpoint management.
• Hands-on with application packaging (MSI, MSIX, IntuneWin) and deployment automation.
• Experience with endpoint security technologies and governance frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop EUC and UCC teams, manage workload, performance, on-call coverage, and career growth.
• Serve as final escalation point for endpoints, collaboration platforms, security, and deployment issues.
• Define and govern endpoint architecture (Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, packaging, patching).
• Drive endpoint security and compliance using Defender for Endpoint, BitLocker, AppLocker, and CA frameworks.
