Job summary

Randstad Digital in Coimbra is recruiting an IT & Platform Engineer to manage infrastructure, systems, and enterprise platforms across IT operations and DevOps. The role includes owning CI/CD and collaboration tools, ensuring secure and reliable services for the organization.

Requirements include a degree in computer-related field and 3+ years in IT infrastructure, plus hands-on Azure, Intune, and Atlassian tools. Portuguese and English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or platform engineering
• Experience in Windows and Linux, enterprise networking, security
• Hands-on with Azure, M365, Entra ID, Intune
• Experience with Git, Atlassian tools, CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with virtualization, containers, ITSM processes and change control
• Fluency in Portuguese and English

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain corporate IT infrastructure: servers, endpoints, cloud services, networks, access controls
• Design, configure, monitor and troubleshoot secure network infrastructure and platform health
• Own and support engineering productivity platforms (Git, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
• Maintain and improve CI/CD platforms and software delivery workflows
• Provide technical support to employees with timely IT assistance
• Develop documentation and roadmaps with stakeholders to meet business needs
