Randstad Digital in Coimbra is seeking an IT & Platform Engineer to manage and evolve infrastructure and enterprise platforms that support their teams. This role combines IT operations, systems administration, networking, enterprise application management, and DevOps platform ownership to ensure the organisation operates securely, efficiently, and reliably.

Hybrid work model (3 days on-site; 2 days remote / week).

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, platform engineering, or technical operations.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux, enterprise networking, security, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune.
• Experience with Git, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with virtualization and containerisation; ITSM, incident management, and change control; ISO/IEC27001 valued.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.

• Administer and maintain corporate IT infrastructure, including servers, endpoints, cloud services, networks, user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Design, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot secure and reliable network infrastructure, connectivity services and platform health.
• Own and support engineering productivity platforms, including Git, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and associated integrations.
• Maintain, monitor, and improve CI/CD platforms, software delivery workflows, and automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide technical support to employees, providing timely and effective IT assistance.
• Develop technical documentation, standards, and roadmaps, collaborating with engineering, quality, security, and Airbus stakeholders to ensure platforms meet business and project needs.

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, ComputerScience, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure,systems administration, platform engineering, or technical operations.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux environments, enterprisenetworking, infrastructure security, monitoring, backup, and disasterrecovery.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID andendpoint management through Intune.
• Experience with Git, Atlassian tools, CI/CD pipelines and software deliveryplatform administration.
• Familiarity with virtualisation and containerisation technologies, as well as experience working within ITSM processes, incident management, and formal change control. Experience in regulated environments (e.g., ISO/IEC27001) is valued.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholdermanagement skills, with a continuous improvement mindset and fluency inPortuguese and English.
