Job summary

Randstad Digital in Coimbra is recruiting an IT & Platform Engineer to manage infrastructure, systems, and enterprise platforms across IT operations and DevOps. The role includes owning CI/CD and collaboration tools, ensuring secure and reliable services for the organization.

Requirements include a degree in computer-related field and 3+ years in IT infrastructure, plus hands-on Azure, Intune, and Atlassian tools. Portuguese and English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or platform engineering
• Experience in Windows and Linux, enterprise networking, security
• Hands-on with Azure, M365, Entra ID, Intune
• Experience with Git, Atlassian tools, CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with virtualization, containers, ITSM processes and change control
• Fluency in Portuguese and English

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain corporate IT infrastructure: servers, endpoints, cloud services, networks, access controls
• Design, configure, monitor and troubleshoot secure network infrastructure and platform health
• Own and support engineering productivity platforms (Git, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
• Maintain and improve CI/CD platforms and software delivery workflows
• Provide technical support to employees with timely IT assistance
• Develop documentation and roadmaps with stakeholders to meet business needs

Randstad Digital is recruiting a IT & Platform Engineer for direct integration, in a company located in Coimbra

Hybrid work model (3 days on-site;
2 days remote / week).

As our client engineering and business operations continue to grow, they are looking for anIT & Platform Engineer to manage and evolve the infrastructure, systems, andenterprise platforms that support their teams. This role combines IT operations,systems administration, networking, enterprise application management, andDevOps platform ownership to ensure our organisation operates securely,efficiently, and reliably.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain corporate IT infrastructure, including servers,endpoints, cloud services, networks, user accounts, permissions, andaccess controls.
• Design, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot secure and reliable networkinfrastructure, connectivity services and platform health.
• Own and support engineering productivity and collaboration platforms,including Git, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and associated integrations.
• Maintain, monitor, and improve CI/CD platforms, software deliveryworkflows, and automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide technical support to employees, providing timely and effective ITassistance.
• Develop technical documentation, standards, and roadmaps, collaboratingwith engineering, quality, security, and Airbus stakeholders to ensureplatforms meet business and project needs.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, ComputerScience, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure,systems administration, platform engineering, or technical operations.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux environments, enterprisenetworking, infrastructure security, monitoring, backup, and disasterrecovery.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID andendpoint management through Intune.
• Experience with Git, Atlassian tools, CI/CD pipelines and software deliveryplatform administration.
• Familiarity with virtualisation and containerisation technologies, as well as experience working within ITSM processes, incident management, and formal change control. Experience in regulated environments (e.G., ISO/IEC27001) is valued.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholdermanagement skills, with a continuous improvement mindset and fluency inPortuguese and English.
