Job summary

Pepco Iberia is seeking an IT Platform Business Analyst to join the Digital Platforms team in Porto. You will shape Pepco's end-to-end eCommerce capabilities, working with Business stakeholders, Product Owners, Architects, Engineers, Testers and partners to deliver scalable solutions that drive growth across Europe.

In this role you will translate business needs into deliverable requirements, maintain an end-to-end view of capabilities, and support backlog prioritisation while collaborating with

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in BA/Product/Delivery roles.
• Experience in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record delivering customer-facing digital solutions.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main link between business stakeholders and eCommerce product, platform and delivery teams.
• Maintain end-to-end view of eCommerce capabilities, customer journeys and processes.
• Lead discovery to understand business needs and improvement opportunities.
• Translate requirements into actionable deliverables and backlog items.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects and Engineering teams.
• Support testing, define test scenarios and validate solutions.
• Facilitate workshops with Commercial, Operations, Finance, Legal and Tech teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment with business goals.
