Job summary

EnBW IT-Solutions in Lisbon is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to drive people strategy, align leadership, and scale the Lisbon IT Hub.

You will coach leaders on organisational design, workforce planning, talent management and compliance, while partnering with HR Operations and colleagues in Germany to deliver high-quality HR services.

Fluency in English and Portuguese is required; German is a plus, and the role offers a hybrid working model with international exposure.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable senior HR role, ideally within IT or international growth environments.
• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and balancing strategic business needs with HR governance and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor and strategic business partner to leadership, aligning people strategy with business objectives.
• Coach leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, employee relations and leadership effectiveness.
• Drive local HR strategy in alignment with EnBW standards and professionalise HR processes and practices.
