EnBW IT-Solutions in Lisbon seeks a Transition Manager to coordinate IT service transitions for the Lisbon IT Hub, aligning with business stakeholders and delivery teams.

You will guide shadowing, cutover, hypercare and knowledge transfer, ensuring operational readiness while shaping scalable transition frameworks in an international, agile environment.

Fluent English required; German/Portuguese a plus. Hybrid work model with Lisbon offices and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Experience in transition management and service delivery within large, international environments.
• Knowledge of IT operations and software development contexts.
• Hands-on experience with shadowing and service stabilisation.
• Ability to adapt transition frameworks to different initiative sizes and maturity levels.
• Experience working across multi-vendor ecosystems.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate transition phases including preparation, shadowing, reverse shadowing, cutover and hypercare.
• Act as interface between Lisbon IT Hub, stakeholders and delivery teams for transition activities.
• Ensure operational readiness of transitioning services (documentation, access, processes).
• Support initiative teams through planning, execution and stabilisation.
• Drive change management and governance for transition initiatives.
