Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Capital / HR Operations or a comparable role with independence in managing lifecycle activities.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
• Clear communication and collaboration across locations including remotely managed environments.
• Experience using HR information systems, Workday and MS Office.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a broad portfolio of Human Capital activities supporting employees in Spain and Portugal.
• Manage employee lifecycle, benefits, payroll-related and compliance tasks with external providers.
• Coordinate leave, employment changes, and payroll notifications, coordinating with payroll providers.
• Support cross-border collaboration between Spain and Portugal HC teams and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare employment contracts and HR records using the HR systems in place (Workday, ETs).
• Assist with regulatory compliance processes, audits and HR documentation.
