MSD in Lisbon seeks a Digital & Data Lead to shape and operationally drive the market's integrated digital, data, automation, AI, and customer engagement agenda. You will translate business priorities into a local strategy, roadmap, and portfolio, partnering with commercial units to align CRM, analytics, and omnichannel initiatives into one operating model.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Proven track record in digital and data initiatives with business impact.
• Experience driving omnichannel engagement and CRM/SFE.
• Strong leadership and communication with senior stakeholders across regions.

Responsabilidades

• Shape the market’s Digital, Customer Experience, Data, AI and Automation agenda and identify opportunities to drive growth and value.
• Lead omnichannel engagement, Customer Experience and commercial effectiveness initiatives as Product Owner for Digital and Data teams.
• Transform data into actionable insights to inform strategy and decisions.
• Accelerate AI and automation adoption to improve productivity and execution.
• Oversee CRM, SFE, Market Research, Data, AI, Automation and Digital capabilities within an integrated model.
• Manage internal resources, vendors and partners to achieve outcomes with efficiency.
• Establish governance, prioritize investments and ensure measurable value realization.
• Develop high-performing teams and strategic partnerships for sustainable transformation.
• Ensure Digital Stewardship and compliance at a subsidiary level.
