Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, ML, AI, BI or related fields.
• Hands-on exposed to end-to-end analytics lifecycle: exploration, prep, feature engineering, model development, deployment, monitoring and value measurement.
• Experience with Generative AI technologies, LLMs, AI copilots, prompt engineering, RAG, or similar capabilities.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or R; SQL and modern data science libraries.
• Experience translating business opportunities into analytical and AI solutions while managing stakeholder expectations.
• Consulting, communication and change management skills with ability to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to identify and deliver data science, segmentation and AI use cases with measurable value.
• Design, develop, and deploy analytics, ML, GenAI, and predictive solutions to solve business challenges.
• Translate complex business needs into scalable data products, insights, models, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Promote adoption of AI technologies, educate stakeholders, and drive responsible AI practices.
• Develop prototypes, proofs of concept, and MVPs to accelerate innovation.
• Leverage cloud data platforms and ML frameworks to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with data engineers and business leaders to ensure scalable, sustainable solutions.
• Communicate analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation.
