Job summary

CB Talents in Lisbon is seeking a results-driven sales professional for an international B2B team. You will engage advertisers, build pipelines, and nurture long-term client relationships while promoting digital advertising solutions.

You'll earn a fixed €1,237.83 gross per month with a performance bonus up to €2,400 per month; recent team median bonus is around €846. A Monday–Friday schedule applies, with potential work-from-home eligibility after the initial on-site period based on performance.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of B2B sales, outbound sales, or digital marketing experience.
• CRM experience.
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
• Legally authorized to work in Portugal.
