Job summary

CB Talents in Lisbon is seeking a junior to mid-level sales professional to join our international B2B team. You will engage advertisers, build pipelines, and grow client relationships while promoting digital advertising solutions.

The role offers a fixed €1,237.83 gross monthly package with a performance bonus up to €2,400 monthly and a recent median variable bonus of around €846. After an initial on-site period, work-from-home eligibility may be considered based on performance.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of B2B sales, outbound sales, or digital marketing experience.
• CRM experience.
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
• Legally authorized to work in Portugal.
