Quanteam, founding entity of RAINBOW PARTNERS, is seeking a Business Analyst – Custody & Tax in Lisbon on a hybrid basis. You will gather and challenge stakeholder requirements, translate them into clear functional specs, and support the project lifecycle from discovery to UAT.

We require 4+ years in financial services, strong knowledge of custody/tax processes, Jira experience, and fluent English. The role offers a CTI contract, salary 32k–48k EUR, and health insurance.

Qualifikationen

• Gather, analyze and challenge business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear and structured functional requirements.
• Participate in preliminary studies and contribute to functional solutions.
• Provide functional expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work with Business and IT to ensure requirements are understood and implemented.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to functional testing and support Business users during UAT.
• Follow project and release activities, ensuring deadlines and deliverables.
• Manage requirements and Change Requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to project reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Work with IT teams on Custody and Tax solutions.
