Azqore, based in Lisbon, Portugal, is launching its Securities Operations in partnership with Crédit Agricole Group. You will join a Securities team responsible for processing and controls of Mandatory Corporate Actions, working closely with our Swiss colleagues.

The role requires a Bachelor in Banking/Finance and up to 5 years of Corporate Actions experience, with knowledge of SWIFT and Excel; VBA is a plus. A hybrid work model and permanent contract accompany a dynamic, international team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Banking/Finance or equivalent qualification.
• Up to 5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Actions processes.
• Familiar with financial products, market infrastructures, regulations and operational risks.

Responsabilités

• Manage and process Mandatory Corporate Actions within the Portuguese Securities Operations team.
• Ensure operational efficiency and minimize operational risk.
• Handle queries from clients and stakeholders with clear communication.
• Demonstrate front-to-back knowledge of processes under management.
• Collaborate with Swiss counterparts to align processes and standards.
