Job summary

Beyond Gravity in Lisbon is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Center of Excellence. You will check, enter, assign, release and post invoices, prepare payment proposals and support the AP workflow in a multinational environment.

You should have a degree in accounting or finance (or equivalent) with 1+ years in AP, strong SAP and Excel skills, and excellent English. Hybrid work with a competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Very good knowledge of English (reading, writing, speaking).
• General understanding of basic accounting and finance procedures and concepts.
• Independent and conscientious way of working.

Responsibilities

• Check, enter, assign, release and post invoices and credit notes using workflows.
• Create and check payment proposal and ensure payment run.
• Support and assistance with the accounts payable workflow.
