Concentrix is hiring a Customer Representative (Hungarian-Speaking) for their Lisbon, Portugal location. In this on-site role, you'll support various areas of the client's social media by resolving issues and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Fluent in both written and verbal Hungarian (C1).
• Fluent in both written and verbal English (B2).
• Available for 24/7 rotating shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and resolve buyer/seller/customer issues.
• Drive overall Customer Satisfaction metrics.
• Ensure service quality across all channels.

Conhecimentos

Fluent in Hungarian (C1)

Fluent in English (B2)

Strong understanding of e-commerce

Experience in call center (voice and non-voice)

Social media product usage

Ability to work independently and in a team
