Concentrix in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Hungarian-speaking Content Moderator to support our global e-commerce initiatives on-site. You will review content, enforce guidelines, and help improve service quality while handling sensitive material.

The role requires fluent Hungarian (C1) and English (B2), a college degree, and readiness for 24/7 rotating shifts. We offer a 1000€ welcome bonus, paid training, and clear career development within a multinational team.

Qualificações

• Hungarian language proficiency at C1 level required.
• English language proficiency at B2 level required.
• College degree or equivalent required.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce landscape.
• Experience in moderation service industry.
• Willingness to work 24/7 rotating shifts.
• Strong moderation and rational decision-making with local market expertise.
• Familiar with social media products and basic digital advertising concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Review content within agreed SLAs and quality standards.
• Assess reported issues within turnaround times and quality standards.
• Escalate issues to client per MSAs and knowledge base.
• Monitor user behavior and enforce platform policies.
• Apply guidelines consistently across content scenarios.
• Handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Contribute to service improvements and client satisfaction.
