Qualificações

• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Minimum education qualification of college degree or equivalent diploma.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce.
• Experience in call center industry.
• Able to work in 24/7 rotating shifts.
• Ability to work as a team or independently.
• Familiar with social media products and digital advertising.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and resolve issues reported by clients.
• Review reported issues within agreed turnaround times.
• Escalate issues as per guidelines.
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction metrics are met.
• Drive adherence to service levels.
