Genpact in Lisbon is hiring a Sales Program Specialist – Process Associate for Hungarian language support. You will back a fast-growing sales team delivering scalable programs across advertisers, focusing on revenue growth and product adoption.

You will gather advertiser requirements and guide best practices while coordinating across channels to meet KPIs. The role requires strong sales and account management skills, digital marketing know-how, and experience with SMBs and agency partners.

Qualificações

• Experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, B2B/B2C sales or digital ad sales.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer support.
• Strong understanding of social media and advertising ecosystems.

Responsabilidades

• Become knowledgeable about leading social media products and community standards.
• Provide consultative support on agencies and advertisers accounts.
• Drive advertiser communications and issue resolution to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Educate advertisers on product usage and troubleshoot complex cases.
• Complete tasks within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
