GENPACT PORTUGAL, SOCIEDADE UNIPESSOAL LDA is seeking a Sales Program Specialist – Process Associate for the Brazilian market. The role supports scalable sales programs, focuses on revenue growth, and collaborates with SMB advertisers and agency partners.

You will provide consultative support, drive ROI, and help customers maximize product adoption in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The position is hybrid in Lisbon, requiring strong sales, digital marketing knowledge, and CRM

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics or Finance is required.
• MBA or Master's in Business Analytics is preferred.
• Experience in digital marketing, ad sales or B2B/B2C sales is beneficial.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes is expected.
• Certifications in customer service or CRM tools are a plus.

Responsabilidades
