Genpact Portugal is seeking a Sales Program Specialist – Process Associate – Spanish for a hybrid role in Lisbon. You will support scalable sales programs, drive revenue, and help advertisers adopt products across SMB segments. The role requires strong sales, account management, and digital marketing know-how.

You will partner closely with agencies and advertisers, guiding them through product usage, resolving issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, B2B/B2C sales, or digital ad sales.
• Comfortable on the phone and navigating CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of social media and online advertising concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Provide consultative support on agencies and advertisers accounts.
• Drive advertiser communications and issue resolution to maintain high satisfaction.
• Educate advertisers on product usage and best practices; resolve complex cases.
• Collect advertiser requirements and guide on best practices to meet business needs.
