Job summary

Accenture Portugal is seeking Content Moderators to help keep online platforms safe by reviewing and classifying user-generated content in line with client guidelines. You will work with tools to assess text, images, and video and assist in resolving content issues while maintaining high quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Hungarian level C1 or above.
• English level B2 or above.
• Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills.
• Ability to work in rotative shifts, weekends and holidays.
• capability to analyze information from multiple streams and remain objective.

Responsibilities

• Review, classify and remove content according to client guidelines using dedicated tools.
• Understand and stay updated on changing client policies and guidelines.
• Investigate, resolve and relay complex content issues to the Trust and Safety team.
• Serve as an advocate for the user community.
• Participate in process improvements to improve quality and efficiency.
• Engage in continuous training and team discussions for role development.
• Discuss socially sensitive topics to keep communities safe.
