Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit Hungarian-speaking AI Content Moderators for an innovative AI-powered e-commerce project based in Lisbon, Portugal. You’ll review AI-dubbed videos to ensure they meet quality standards, community guidelines, and regional policies, contributing to a safe and trusted experience for millions of users worldwide.

This full-time position operates on a 24/7 rotating schedule (Monday to Sunday) with two rotational days

Qualificações

• Native-level fluency in Hungarian.
• Good command of English (B2 level or above).
• Experience in content moderation, trust & safety, quality assurance, or analytical roles is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and objective decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Good understanding of Hungarian language nuances and cultural context.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated dubbed video content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines.
• Evaluate flagged content and make objective moderation decisions based on internal guidelines.
• Assess translation quality, cultural relevance, and content accuracy.
• Identify policy violations, including misleading content, hate speech, harassment, and other prohibited material.
• Verify that content complies with regional regulations and market-specific standards.
• Escalate complex or high-risk cases to specialized internal teams.
• Accurately document moderation decisions and maintain detailed case records.
• Meet productivity, quality, and accuracy targets while handling high volumes of content.
• Stay up to date with policy changes and moderation procedures.
• Handle confidential and potentially sensitive content with professionalism and discretion.
