Qualifications

• Hungarian level C1 or above
• English level B2 or above
• Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills
• Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of biases
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfort synthesizing information from multiple streams
• Strong critical thinking and decision‑making skills
• Deep familiarity with internet culture and platforms
• High cultural awareness of market and region
• Ability to work individually and in a team
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and non-standard hours
• Commitment to quality and efficiency
• Experience in BPO, customer service, or content moderation is a plus
• Valid Work Permit for Portugal
• CV must be submitted in English
• Completed compulsory education
• Having over 18 years of age
• Availability to work in rotative shifts, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Review, classify and/or remove content according to client guidelines using tools and channels
• Understand and stay updated on changing client policies and guidelines
• Investigate, resolve and relay complex content issues to the Trust & Safety team
• Serve as an advocate for the user community
• Participate in process improvements to boost quality and efficiency
• Engage in continuous training and discussions for role development
• Discuss socially sensitive topics to keep communities safe
