Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field.
• Good command of English is mandatory.
• Spanish knowledge is preferred.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Support recruitment and selection processes.
• Assist with onboarding and integration of new employees and interns.
• Support review, organisation and continuous improvement of HR processes.
• Contribute to internal communication and Employer Branding initiatives.
• Support organisation of internal events and initiatives.
• Participate in talent attraction and development initiatives.

Main Tasks/Responsabilities

• Support recruitment and selection processes;
• Assist with the onboarding and integration of new employees and interns;
• Support the review, organisation and continuous improvement of Human Resources processes;
• Contribute to the development of internal communication and Employer Branding initiatives;
• Support the organisation of internal events and initiatives;
• Participate in talent attraction and development initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organisational Psychology or a related field (Mandatory);
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Good command of English (Mandatory);
• Knowledge of Spanish (Preferred);
• Valid driving licence;
• Availability to travel within Portugal.
