Siemens Energy is seeking an HR Systems Solution Architect to lead UKG WFM implementations and analytics initiatives across the HR domain. You will shape end-to-end solutions, collaborate with global teams and business partners, and ensure timely delivery within budget.

You bring expertise in analytics architecture, a IT/business degree, experience with UKG WFM and other leading HR platforms, and strong ability to translate requirements into technical design.

We are looking for a highly skilled HR Systems Solution Architect to lead HR Time and Attendance initiatives using the UKG Workforce Management application. You will bring strong consulting and communication skills, a broad technical background, and a proven track record in implementing end-to-end analytics solutions. Familiarity with HR processes and experience with financial aspects in IT projects are a plus. Responsibilities include leading UKG WFM implementations for specific country demands, managing the global platform with your team and business partners, and collaborating with the UKG WFM service owner, internal teams, and external vendors for application management and new implementations.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Design, develop and maintain, scalable solutions that align with business requirements.
• Collaborate with global project teams for solution architecture, estimates, delivery, etc.
• Build and maintain effective working relationship with key technology leaders, product owners, and subject matter experts
• Design and implement technical solutions to satisfy functional requirements while ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Keep informed about the latest features, product roadmaps, integration tools, and standard methodologies used in UKG WFM.
• Collaborate with business partners, HR Teams, and executives to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and offer strategic guidance for analytics and data-driven decisions.
• Work closely with HR IT Teams to ensure alignment of business objectives with data solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs while meeting technical and budgetary constraints.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in solution architecture for analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT or business domain.
• Expertise in Positive and Negative Time Keeping, Absence Management and Scheduling
• Over 5 years demonstrated ability using the Time and Attendance module and client facing experience following Waterfall and Agile Methodologies
• Integration knowledge for interfaces involving HR Processes and/or Financial
• Strong technical knowledge in delivering solutions using Leading market applications (i.e. UKG, Dayforce, Workday)
• Strong skills in the areas of configuration and customization
• Capable of engaging with partners at any level
• Willingness to travel around 25%-35%
