You will coordinate payroll and tax processes, manage employee lifecycle tasks, onboarding/offboarding, expatriate matters, attendance, recruitment support, HR systems, and training programs while upholding confidentiality and compliance in English and Portuguese.

Qualificações

• Experience in HR operations and payroll processes.
• Strong written and spoken English and Portuguese.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate payroll and tax processes for Iberia across Spain and Portugal.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
• Assist expatriate coordination, attendance administration and recruitment support.
• Manage HR systems and participate in training programs.
