Jobtailor in Lisbon seeks an experienced Head of HR Operations to lead a small team and own the HRIS strategy across multiple jurisdictions. You will drive best practices, ensure data integrity, and partner with finance to manage budgets and headcount while aligning global policies with local laws.

You will oversee German payroll, support labor law compliance, and deliver analytics to inform executive decisions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR management, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in global HR operations.
• Experience supervising teams (1–3 years).

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and develop a small HR operations team.
• Own HRIS and serve as primary vendor contact.
• Ensure HR processes comply with German and international labor laws.
• Oversee payroll for Germany and non-Germany hubs; liaise with finance.
• Audit policies, processes, and guidelines; drive improvements.
• Use HR data analytics to support decision making.
