Trustly in Lisbon seeks an experienced European Payroll Analyst to oversee Portuguese payroll operations and coordinate with external providers across our European subsidiaries. The role requires strong analytical and numerical skills, plus fluency in English and Portuguese, to ensure accurate payroll processing and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in operational payroll within FinTech or multinational firms, and familiarity with HiBob or Workday HRIS tools.

• Must have strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience: 5+ years in operational payroll across Europe.
• Knowledge of local Portuguese payroll mechanics and statutory compliance.
