PROGRESSO is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to build and shape HR structures, developing processes and policies across the organisation. You will lead recruitment, onboarding and provide support to employees and managers on HR matters in a dynamic, purpose-driven non-profit setting.

• At least 5 years of HR experience in a generalist role.
• Education or qualifications in HR, psychology, or management preferred.
• Strong English and Portuguese communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of Portuguese employment law.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on, proactive, and initiative-driven.
