Airbus Portugal SA is seeking an HR Reporting & Analytics Specialist to support the HR Transformation & Digital function. You will create and maintain standard HR reports and dashboards, ensure data quality, and enable self-service analytics for HR stakeholders.

Responsibilities include supporting HRBP reporting activities, transitioning from SAP BI to Workday reporting, and collaborating with Airbus central teams while upholding GDPR standards. Hybrid work model and modern office are offered.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science or Data Analytics Engineering with 2-3 years in reporting operations.
• Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
• Structured, self-organised and collaborative way of working.
• English: Business proficiency; data analysis and problem solving skills.
• Advanced Excel including Macros development; VBA a plus.
• Experience with SAP HR Reporting (BW and R/3) is a plus.
• Workday reporting knowledge and data visualization tools (Spotfire, QlikSense).
• Python with Pandas for data wrangling is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Create, run and deliver standard HR reports & dashboards.
• Analyze and ensure high data quality through regular checks.
• Develop data layouts like tables, charts and graphs.
• Support HRBP’s Community in their reporting activities.
• Promote HR reporting self-service with end-user trainings.
• Assist the transition from SAP BI to Workday reporting.
• Ensure GDPR data protection compliance and data handling integrity.
• Interact daily with Airbus central stakeholders.
