Airbus Portugal SA is seeking a professional to provide functional Finance support, owning a portfolio of Reporting, Planning and Controlling apps. You will respond to end-user queries, guide data access, and assist during monthly closings, while keeping documentation current.

The role emphasizes collaboration, problem-solving, and training users across Finance processes, with a hybrid working model and a modern office environment.

Qualificações

• Good understanding of Finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, budget monitoring and controlling).
• Knowledge on SAP Analysis for Office and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Ability to identify, clarify and resolve queries.

Responsabilidades

• Provide functional support for Finance processes and reporting.
• Support reporting transformation projects in a collaborative environment.
• Qualify queries, route to resolver group and escalate when needed.
• Analyze and prioritize queries by urgency.
• Determine the kind of support required.
• Customize, test and deliver solutions.
• Identify recurring problems and propose remediation plans.
• Take ownership of a portfolio of Reporting, Planning and Controlling apps.
• Respond timely during monthly financial closings.
• Keep user handbooks/documentation up-to-date.
• Promote awareness via Google channels and the Airbus hub.
• Support correct BI data access per user role and compliance principles.
• Support user training sessions.
• Advise users on best ways to obtain different financial data.
• Maintain tools/reports/master data with business changes.
• Communicate evolution needs and specs.
