team.blue is seeking a Head of HR Insights & Analytics to build the people analytics capability across 17 European countries. You will design a group-wide data and reporting framework, remediate HiBob data quality, and establish standards across divisions and systems.

You will deliver real-time dashboards for divisional HR Directors and the CHRO, identify patterns and risks, and support salary reviews, pay-gap reporting, and workforce planning.

Qualificações

• 5-7 years of experience in people analytics, HR reporting or workforce intelligence.
• Proven track record building HR analytics from early stage.
• Experience with HiBob or similar HRIS; familiarity with Culture Amp and ATS.
• Experience in organisations that underwent structural transformation or M&A.
• Experience presenting people data to senior leaders, including CEOs and board-level audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Design and own the group-wide HR data and reporting framework.
• Remediate HiBob data quality with HR Operations.
• Define and implement mandatory reporting standards across the business (headcount, attrition, vacancies, cost to plan, payroll accuracy).
• Work with HR Systems/IT to configure HiBob, Teamtailor, Culture Amp for reliable analytics.
• Build and maintain division-level dashboards for HR Directors and CHRO.
• Identify patterns/anomalies in people data and raise risks/opportunities.
• Provide analytical backbone for salary reviews, merit cycle, and pay gap reporting.
• Develop group-level workforce planning models for leadership visibility.
• Link people data to business performance metrics for divisions.
• Support governance with regular HRLT and QBR reporting.
• Explore AI/automation opportunities in people analytics and build internal capability.
• Potentially develop a small analytics team.
• Advocate for data-driven HR decisions.
