You will lead implementation, monitor performance, collaborate with HR teams, and drive automation with HR technology such as Workday and HRIS while maintaining data integrity. A Bachelor's in HR or related field and 4-5 years in HR process improvement, with English proficiency, are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field required.
• 4-5 years of HR process improvement experience required.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices and regulations.
• Experience with HR technology and systems (e.g., Workday, HRIS, ATS).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze existing HR processes to identify areas for improvement and design revised workflows and controls.
• Lead the implementation of new or revised HR processes, including communication, training, and change management.
• Monitor process performance and identify optimization opportunities; maintain up-to-date documentation.
• Collaborate with HR teams, managers, and employees to ensure process alignment and adoption; liaise between HR and other departments.
• Identify and recommend technology solutions to automate HR processes and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
• Ensure HR processes comply with applicable laws and regulations and document for audits.
• Develop and deliver training programs for HR staff and managers on HR processes; provide ongoing support.
