ShieldPro Protection is seeking a Hotel Sales Manager to lead the sales and marketing efforts for our Funchal hotel in Portugal. You will work with the management team to drive revenue and increase occupancy, delivering strategic plans and hands-on leadership.

The role requires a track record in hotel sales, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to identify new business opportunities. Accommodation is provided, with a competitive monthly salary.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years in hotel sales or hospitality.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese proficiency a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and build client relationships.
• Manage existing accounts and maintain strong partnerships.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns.
• Attend industry events to network and promote the hotel.
• Train and mentor junior sales staff.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management.
