Triangle Talent Portugal seeks a Sales Manager (M/F/D) for a leading Algarve hotel group. You will define and execute the commercial strategy to drive revenue growth, expand presence in strategic markets, and maximize profitability across hotel units.

You will lead the sales team, negotiate with tour operators and key accounts, and collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and segmentation. This role requires strong leadership and language skills in Portuguese and English.

Qualificações

• Higher education degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Marketing, or similar fields.
• Consolidated experience in commercial management within hospitality, preferably hotel groups.
• Strong knowledge of tour operations, hotel distribution, and international markets.
• Proven experience negotiating with tour operators, commercial partners, and key accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the group's annual commercial plan, aligned with strategic and financial goals.
• Lead and develop the sales team, fostering a results-oriented culture.
• Manage and optimize different sales channels, including tour operators, travel agencies, OTAs, and direct channels.
• Develop commercial strategies for leisure, corporate, groups, and MICE segments.
• Negotiate commercial agreements with tour operators, strategic partners, and key accounts.
• Work closely with Revenue Management to define pricing, segmentation, and revenue optimization.
• Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
• Monitor sales KPIs, ensuring revenue, occupancy, and profitability targets are met.
• Represent the group at trade fairs, industry events, and relevant commercial initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and evolution of key source markets.
