Habyt – in partnership with Atipico Lisbon – seeks a Hotel Manager to lead a boutique hotel’s phased repositioning in Lisbon. You’ll steer operations, guest experience and team performance through renovation phases while maintaining day-to-day excellence.

Collaborating with Design, Construction, Revenue and Marketing, you’ll translate the transformation into premium positioning, stronger ADR/RevPAR and improved profitability.

Qualificações

• Proven experience leading an operating hotel or major hotel departments with P&L responsibility.
• Strong commercial mindset with ADR, RevPAR and profitability understanding.
• Fluent English and Portuguese.
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial, able to operate in a fast-changing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the hotel's phased repositioning while minimizing disruption to guests and daily performance.
• Coordinate with Design, Construction and Procurement during renovations.
• Oversee daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance and F&B to high standards.
• Drive ADR, RevPAR and profitability through strategic pricing and service improvements.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing and Habyt teams to align commercial plans.
