Habyt is repositioning Atipico Lisbon into a premium lifestyle hospitality concept. We are seeking an Hotel Manager to lead the transformation, elevate guest experience, and drive commercial performance across ADR, RevPAR, and F&B economics while maintaining smooth operations during renovation phases.

Qualificações

• Strong experience in hotel operations.
• Proven experience leading an operating hotel or major hotel departments with meaningful P&L responsibility.
• Strong commercial mindset with knowledge of ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and F&B economics.
• Fluent English and Portuguese.
• Willingness to be highly present on property and personally involved in the operation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the operational transformation of Atipico Lisbon during phased repositioning.
• Oversee daily hotel operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance and F&B.
• Drive guest experience improvements and service standards to align with premium positioning.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, Design and Construction to translate physical changes into a stronger hospitality experience.
• Own the hotel P&L and deliver revenue and profitability targets.
• Recruit and develop the hotel team and ensure compliance with local regulations.
