Job summary

Wyndham Grand Carvoeiro Algarve is seeking a Sales Executive to strengthen the commercial team and drive new business across Leisure, Corporate, MICE and travel trade channels. You will cultivate relationships with clients and partner operators while promoting both Wyndham properties.

Based in the Algarve, the role offers exposure to national and international clients, a dynamic team, and a path for career growth within a globally recognised hotel brand.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in hospitality, tourism, or events.
• Experience in groups, events, or corporate sales is advantageous.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to manage multiple opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new clients for two Wyndham properties.
• Develop opportunities across Leisure, Corporate, MICE, Groups, DMCs and Tour Operators.
• Manage a portfolio of existing and potential clients.
• Conduct sales calls, meetings, presentations and site visits.
• Prepare proposals and follow up through to conversion.
• Support negotiation and implementation of commercial agreements.
• Organise site inspections, fam trips and partner visits.
• Represent properties at trade fairs, roadshows and sales initiatives.
• Promote Wyndham across markets and segments.
• Maintain client records and opportunities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, Marketing, Reservations and Groups & Events.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and revenue objectives.
