Wyndham Grand Carvoeiro Algarve, a new five-star hotel overlooking Vale de Centeanes Beach in Carvoeiro, Lagoa, is seeking a Houseman (M/F) to join its team. The role supports daily operations of the Housekeeping department, ensuring high standards of organisation, efficiency and service quality.

Key responsibilities include linen handling, collecting materials, and assisting the housekeeping team with daily tasks, while maintaining clean storage and adhering to hygiene and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is considered an advantage.
• Versatility, proactive attitude and team spirit.
• Strong sense of responsibility, organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to carry out tasks involving the handling and movement of materials.
• Availability and flexibility to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the proper organisation and handling of clean and soiled linen.
• Sort, check, store and distribute linen as required.
• Collect linen, waste and materials from the hotel's guest floors.
• Support the Housekeeping team with daily operational tasks.
• Maintain storage rooms and service areas in a clean and organised condition.
• Follow the hotel's hygiene, safety and quality procedures.
