VML is seeking a creative, agile Content Creator & Social Media Manager based in Portugal to bring our global brand to life across local digital channels.

In this hybrid role, you will produce engaging multi‑format content, manage daily publishing, and optimize performance across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and Reddit for the Portuguese market, balancing storytelling with data‑driven social strategy.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or Digital Marketing Specialist.
• Experience in content creation (video editing, basic design, copywriting).
• Strong understanding of channel mechanics and best practices on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Reddit.
• Proficiency with video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.) and visual design tools.
• Familiarity with social media management and scheduling.
• Strong storytelling skills and ability to turn brand messages into engaging posts.

Responsabilidades

• Multi‑Format Content Production: Concept, script, design, shoot, and edit engaging digital content for the Portuguese market.
• End‑to‑End Content Production: Create native short‑form videos and visuals tailored to local audiences.
• Channel Management & Publishing: Maintain local content calendar, draft copy, and publish across platforms.
• Agile & Reactive Content Creation: Track trends and create timely, culturally relevant content.
• Brand Localization & Storytelling: Adapt global campaigns to local content while preserving brand voice.
• Asset & Library Management: Organize media assets for cross‑platform distribution.
