Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking an Outbound Sales Representative to join our Lisbon team on-site. You will conduct outbound calls to prospective business customers, present software solutions, and manage the sales pipeline.

Fluent Portuguese and English are required, along with strong communication and negotiation skills. Prior B2B/B2C sales is a plus. A 12-month contract with potential progression, meal allowance, and private health insurance are offered.

HIRING: Outbound Sales Representative - Portuguese & English

Location: Lisbon, Portugal | On-site

Join an international social media and technology project as an Outbound Sales Representative.

We are looking for fluent Portuguese and English speakers with strong communication skills and an interest in technology, AI and software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective business customers.
• Identify, qualify and generate new sales opportunities.
• Present software and technology solutions to potential clients.
• Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal sales and account management teams.

Requirements

• Native or bilingual Portuguese proficiency.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Interest in AI tools, cloud services and enterprise software.
• Ability to manage leads and conduct structured outbound sales activities.
• Previous B2B/B2C sales, lead generation or software sales experience is an advantage.
• Target-driven mindset and willingness to work with sales KPIs.

Working Conditions

• Location: TP Nations, Lisbon, Portugal.
• Work model: On-site.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 18:00.
• Working week: 40 hours.
• Training: Approximately 8 working days, 8 hours per day.
• Annual leave: 22 days per year.
• Contract: Uncertain-term employment contract with a foreseeable duration of 12 months.
• Permanent contract: After 2 years, as specified in the project conditions.
