Havas Media Portugal is seeking a Talent Sourcer to identify, engage, and present talented professionals for a wide range of roles across EMEA. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring teams to understand requirements, build candidate pipelines, and create a positive candidate experience from first contact.

Qualificações

• Experience in recruitment or talent sourcing.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized.
• Willingness to work across EMEA countries.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and ATS.

Responsabilidades

• Source potential candidates for roles across EMEA using LinkedIn, internal databases, and other channels.
• Review applications and identify candidates who match role requirements.
• Write and send engaging, personalised messages to prospective candidates.
• Build talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial candidate conversations and assess suitability against criteria.
• Present qualified candidates to recruiters and hiring managers via Workday.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Stay informed about talent markets, sourcing trends, and competitor activity across EMEA.
