Join in Lisbon is seeking Hebrew-speaking Social Media Content Moderators to maintain a safe online environment for a major global platform. You will review content in Hebrew and English, evaluate ads, investigate violations, and collaborate with internal teams to apply policies.

The role is fully on-site in Lisbon with 22 days of leave, private health insurance, and relocation support including flight costs and accommodation.

Qualificações

• H Hebrew at C1 level.
• B English at B2 level.

Responsabilidades

• Review reported content, including images, videos, text, and advertisements, ensuring compliance with platform policies in Hebrew and English.
• Evaluate advertisements to identify misleading, inappropriate, or harmful content.
• Investigate reported violations using internal tools and resources and determine the appropriate action.
• Ensure content and advertisements comply with platform guidelines and applicable requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of moderation activities and report relevant trends or patterns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and support platform policies.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve content moderation processes.
• Stay informed about changes to policies and procedures to ensure accurate and consistent moderation.

We're working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy. They are seeking to onboard Hebrew-speaking Social Media Content Moderators to support a major global social media platform.

This is a fully on-site position in Lisbon, Portugal, offering the opportunity to join an international team focused on maintaining a safe, reliable, and positive online environment.

Your Role:

• Review reported content, including images, videos, text, and advertisements, ensuring compliance with platform policies and applicable standards in Hebrew and English

• Evaluate advertisements to identify misleading, inappropriate, or harmful content

• Investigate reported violations using internal tools and resources and determine the appropriate action

• Ensure content and advertisements comply with platform guidelines and applicable requirements

• Maintain accurate records of moderation activities and report relevant trends or patterns
