Location: Lisbon, Portugal (remote option available, for candidates already located in Portugal)
Employment type: Full-time, 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day | Rotational Shifts providing 24/7 coverage
Language: Fluent Hebrew + Good English (for training and internal communication)

Responsibilities

• As a Content Moderator, your mission is to help ensure that all user-generated content aligns with established community guidelines. You will:
• Review videos, audio, text, links, and images to detect content that may violate policies
• Tag and escalate content when needed, especially in sensitive categories such as underage users, hate speech, violence, or fake news
• Work within a specialized department, assigned during onboarding, to maintain a safe and respectful digital environment
• Work in a 24/7 shift rotation, including weekends and holidays
• Please note: This position may involve exposure to sensitive content.

What You'll Need

• Native-level Hebrew and a solid understanding of English (training is conducted in English)
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends (extra payment applicable for working between 22.00 and 07.00, as well as working on public holidays and Sundays)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow community guidelines precisely
• Emotional resilience and capacity to work in high-volume content environments
• A valid residence permit for Portugal OR a EU member state citizenship OR a valid certificate of temporary protection for refugees OR a job-seeker visa for Portugal

Duration and Training

Duration: 10 to 15 days

Includes integration activities, product training, customer interaction simulations, and on-the-job practice

Compensation Package

With company-provided apartment: EUR 1478/month (gross)

Without company apartment: EUR 1767.50/month (gross)
