Workster in Lisbon seeks a Social Media Content Moderator to join our teams and support a major social media platform in the Hebrew market. You will review reported content in Hebrew and English, assess ads for compliance, and investigate violations using internal tools.

Workster is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy. They are seeking to onboard Social Media Content Moderators to join their teams in Lisbon and to support a major social media giant to work in the Hebrew market.

Your Role

• Reviewing Reported Content: Thoroughly examine reported content, including images, videos, text, and ads, to ensure they align with legal standards and platform policies in both
• Hebrew and English.
• Assessing Ads: Evaluate advertisements to ensure they comply with legal regulations and are free from misleading, inappropriate, or harmful content.
• Investigating Violations: Use internal tools and resources to investigate reported violations, verifying claims and determining appropriate actions.
• Maintaining Compliance: Ensure all content and ads meet legal requirements and platform guidelines, addressing any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
• Documenting and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of moderation activities and prepare reports on findings, identifying trends or patterns in reported content.
• Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with legal and compliance teams to resolve complex issues and support the development of platform policies.
• Providing Feedback: Offer valuable insights and recommendations for improving content moderation processes and policies based on your observations and experiences.

Your Qualifications
