Workster is seeking Social Media Content Moderators to join our Lisbon teams and support a major social media platform for Hebrew markets.

You will review reported content in Hebrew and English, assess ads for compliance, and investigate violations. The role offers relocation support, private health insurance, and a contract with potential permanency, plus training and a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• C1 level in Hebrew is required.
• B2 level of English is required.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused and structured environment.
• Ability to make decisions based on rules and policies.

Responsabilités

• Reviewing Reported Content: examine content in Hebrew and English for policy compliance.
• Assessing Ads: evaluate advertisements for legal and platform guideline compliance.
• Investigating Violations: use internal tools to verify claims and determine actions.
• Maintaining Compliance: ensure content and ads meet legal and platform requirements.
• Documenting and Reporting: maintain records and identify trends in moderation.
• Collaborating with Teams: work with legal/compliance to resolve issues.
• Providing Feedback: offer insights to improve moderation processes and policies.
• Adapting to Changes: stay updated on regulations and policy updates.
