Job summary

Workster is recruiting Social Media Content Moderators to join their teams in Lisbon and support a major social media platform in the Hebrew market.

You will review and moderate content in Hebrew and English, assess ads for compliance, and document findings while collaborating with legal and compliance teams.

Relocation to Lisbon is supported with flight costs, a room, private health insurance, and a pathway from temporary 12-month contract to permanent after 2 years.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hebrew at C1 level is required.
• English proficiency at B2 level is required.

Responsibilities

• Review reported content (images, videos, text, ads) to ensure compliance with Hebrew and English policies.

• Document moderation activity and prepare trend reports.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to resolve issues.
• Provide feedback to improve moderation processes and policies.

Workster is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy. They are seeking to onboard Social Media Content Moderators to join their teams in Lisbon and to support a major social media giant to work in the Hebrew market.

Your Role

• Reviewing Reported Content: Thoroughly examine reported content, including images, videos, text, and ads, to ensure they align with legal standards and platform policies in both Hebrew and English.
• Assessing Ads: Evaluate advertisements to ensure they comply with legal regulations and are free from misleading, inappropriate, or harmful content.
• Investigating Violations: Use internal tools and resources to investigate reported violations, verifying claims and determining appropriate actions.
• Maintaining Compliance: Ensure all content and ads meet legal requirements and platform guidelines, addressing any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
• Documenting and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of moderation activities and prepare reports on findings, identifying trends or patterns in reported content.
• Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with legal and compliance teams to resolve complex issues and support the development of platform policies.
• Providing Feedback: Offer valuable insights and recommendations for improving content moderation processes and policies based on your observations and experiences.
• Adapting to Changes: Stay informed about changes in legal regulations and platform policies, ensuring your work remains effective and compliant with current standards.

Your Qualifications
